These programs include bi-weekly calls (6 or 12 based on length of program) and access to unlimited text/voice memo support via What's App.

Goal #3: Resources, Tools and How to Plan for 'What's Next'

As always - this is YOUR journey. If we need to focus on other aspects, or feel like something doesn't align with your story, we will adapt and adjust to fit YOUR needs. The length of program depends on your scope of interest and current understanding of the work we will be doing. This is identified on a client-to-client basis.

$300 CAD/month

Commitment is hard. We get it. That's why we offer mentoring programs where you can reach out to us on a need-to-vent basis. 

Unmasking and obtaining support is not attainable for everyone. We want to provide an affordable or flexible space for you because we get it - help can be expensive. 

Maybe you just want a direct line to a neurodivergent mentor that you can vent to or bounce ideas off of in your own journey. We can work together to find a way to remove the barriers inhibiting your healing!

Monthly Subscription (Coming Soon) - Full Access to Carlie via What's App, access to all content and resources, plus discounted hourly rates on one-to-one coaching/mentoring ($75/session). Our most affordable option - $40 CAD/month
